At Awakened Fitness, workout session packages are goal specific. That means we take pre/post program assessments to show you results. Instead of using vague goals like "I want to slim down" or "I want to tone up", you create a goal, set a time frame, and then instructor Alex Cromartie will show you how to reach that goal as quickly as possible. You'll learn to exercise mindfully, giving special attention to the muscles being worked and to the goals being achieved. This ultra-focused state increases body awareness and muscle fiber recruitment when performing our closed-chain and core focused workouts.
